The Home Care Caregiver role is in person in Lake Forest, IL, with openings across listed North and Western Chicago suburbs. Pay is $16.50–$18.00 per hour. Amada Senior Care provides non-medical senior care services to seniors and their families. The caregiver supports clients’ comfort and daily living at home through personal care, companionship, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and help with errands or appointments. The role also monitors and reports changes in clients’ health status and follows care needs and preferences.

What you'll do

• Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and other daily living activities
• provide companionship and emotional support
• help with meals and medication reminders
• perform light housekeeping
• escort clients to appointments and run errands
• monitor and report changes in health status
• use behavior management techniques when necessary.
