HVAC Installer — Light Commercial and Residential

The role supports the company’s growing commercial division and also performs residential installations between commercial jobs. The installer completes HVAC installation work across commercial construction and residential projects, helping deliver building systems that meet project requirements. The work includes equipment setup, duct and line-set installation, controls wiring, and some service and maintenance for national facilities clients.

What you'll do

• Install HVAC systems for commercial retail new construction and tenant build-outs across Sarasota and Manatee
• set and start rooftop units, split systems, and exhaust fans
• install duct, line sets, condensate, and controls wiring
• work from mechanical drawings, often from scissor lifts
• perform some service and maintenance for national facilities clients
• complete residential installations between commercial jobs.
