Senior Payroll Specialist

What you'll do

• Lead semi-monthly payroll processing for exempt and non-exempt employees across multiple states
• reconcile payroll data
• process off-cycle payrolls and final PTO calculations
• prepare payroll journal entries
• review timesheets, labor charges, leave balances, deductions, and adjustments
• assist with 401(k), HSA, and FSA submissions
• support onboarding timekeeping guidance, month- and year-end activities, W-2 review, payroll inquiries, state filings, audits, and DCAA compliance
• maintain records and payroll calendars
• recommend process improvements and support payroll integrations.
