Cashier and Sales Associate

Job overview

The Cashier and Sales Associate role is onsite in Wilson, NC, with compensation of $12–$14 per hour. GPM Investments operates the store, where associates help keep the customer experience welcoming and the premises clean and safe. The role combines accurate register service, customer assistance, merchandise stocking, and cleaning duties to keep store operations running smoothly. Associates may also cross-train in other departments, including deli, as needed.

What you'll do

• Greet customers and operate the register accurately and quickly. Support lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales while following age-verification and legal requirements
• provide friendly service and upsell when possible. Clean and maintain the store, restrooms, gas pumps, and lot
• stock shelves, coolers, and displays
• follow safety procedures and company policies.
