What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and pre-employment activities. Recruit for clinical, administrative, operational, corporate, and leadership roles, with primary focus on substance use disorder treatment, mental and behavioral health, and dialysis services. Build candidate pipelines
• partner with hiring managers on qualifications, credentials, compensation parameters, and timelines
• coordinate pre-employment checks
• maintain applicant tracking records
• track recruiting metrics
• use AI-powered tools with human oversight and review for accuracy, fairness, privacy, and potential bias
• and represent the organization at recruiting events.
