Store Lead — Part-Time

Job overview

The Store Lead role is onsite in Boston, MA. The pay range is $24.72–$27.40 per hour, and the role may participate in a store-performance bonus plan. The Store Lead supports the store’s guest experience, product, community, operations, and people priorities alongside the Assistant and Store Managers. The role leads from the sales floor, coaches Product Guides, and helps the store meet business and guest-experience goals. It also supports inventory, store operations, community engagement, and opening and closing procedures.

What you'll do

• Support the in-store experience and provide floor leadership
• help Product Guides share technical product knowledge
• coach and give feedback
• support inventory receiving, processing, restocking, destocking, and visual merchandising
• communicate company initiatives
• use tools to oversee sales targets, labor, and budgets
• network with potential event partners
• manage opening and closing procedures
• respond to store communications
• and process transactions through the point-of-sale system.

Why this role

Part-time availability must include at least two of three weekend days and one weekday opening and closing shift; availability for Black Friday through the holiday season is expected.
