What you'll do

• Assist the Shipping Manager with daily department operations
• coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments
• receive and verify materials against purchase orders and packing slips
• report shortages, damage, discrepancies, or incorrect shipments
• package, label, and prepare shipments
• maintain shipping and receiving documentation and inventory locations
• coordinate carrier pickups and deliveries
• prioritize workflow
• safely load and unload shipments
• maintain a clean and safe department
• assist when the Shipping Manager is unavailable.
