What you'll do

• Prepare meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other items for cooking
• portion food according to recipes and standards
• stock and maintain line stations
• cook and plate dishes with appropriate presentation and garnishes
• follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• store and rotate products properly
• assist with food preparation during off-peak periods
• complete kitchen closing checklists and assist others with closing.
