Functional Medicine Physician

Job overview

The Functional Medicine Physician role is onsite at the Seattle, Bellevue, and Kirkland locations, with some consultations also provided via telemedicine. Compensation is $100,000–$125,000+ per year. The physician joins Vida Integrated Health’s concierge primary care and functional medicine team. The role exists to provide individualized assessment, diagnosis, and treatment while contributing to an interdisciplinary approach to preventive and integrated care. The physician collaborates with other health professionals to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans.

What you'll do

• Assess patients’ medical histories, current concerns, and lifestyle factors
• provide consultations in clinic and via telemedicine
• develop individualized treatment plans based on diagnosis and functional medicine
• maintain clinical records and progress notes
• monitor patient conditions and treatment responses and adjust care
• maintain hygiene and safety standards
• collaborate with internal and external health professionals.
