Quick Lube Location Manager

The Quick Lube Location Manager role is onsite in Akron, OH. Base pay is $50,000–$65,000 per year, based on experience, plus possible monthly performance bonuses of $250–$700 and per-service incentive pay. PittStop is a locally owned quick-lube business with four Northeast Ohio locations. The manager runs daily shop operations and leads staff to provide fast, consistent vehicle service and clear customer guidance. The role supports shop performance by coordinating staffing, service quality, inventory, safety, and sales reporting.

What you'll do

• Manage daily operations at the Akron location, including opening, closing, and bay flow
• recruit, interview, hire, train, and coach staff
• perform oil changes and routine services when needed
• inspect vehicles and explain findings and service options
• address customer concerns
• manage inventory and order supplies
• maintain shop cleanliness and safety and waste-handling compliance
• reconcile daily sales and deposits
• report sales, labor, and staffing to ownership.
