What you'll do

• Answer incoming technical support calls
• troubleshoot and resolve client issues by phone using remote support tools
• support Windows desktops and laptops, Microsoft 365, email, printers, software, and network connectivity
• explain troubleshooting steps clearly
• create and maintain accurate support tickets
• follow up on unresolved issues and update clients
• escalate complex issues with documentation
• coordinate phone coverage with teammates
• assist with other technical and client support tasks as needed.
