Assistant Property Manager — Manufactured Home Community

What you'll do

• Resolve resident and customer service issues

• develop marketing and advertising

• coordinate rentals, leasing, sales, repairs, refurbishments, and closings
• meet sales and leasing budgets
• manage rent collection and delinquent debt processes
• assist with evictions
• monitor operating budgets and report P&L variances
• oversee capital improvements.
