What you'll do

• Generate and manage leads

• create conceptual designs, takeoffs, estimates, and proposals
• present proposals and close sales
• lead and supervise installation crews
• coordinate job-site operations
• oversee excavation, grading, base preparation, and hardscape installation
• inspect quality and enforce safety requirements
• communicate with clients
• train and mentor crew members
• operate snow-removal machinery during winter tasks.
