Deployment Technician

What you'll do

• Conduct remote and onsite installations of firewalls, switches, and wireless access points
• support onsite technicians through remote platforms
• track installation milestones and provide check-in support
• follow SOPs and install guides
• upload documentation for QA
• update task statuses and escalate issues
• contribute to documentation, QA, process standardization, pilot programs, and hardware validation
• assist with onboarding.
