Director of Operations

The Director of Operations role is onsite in Londonderry, NH, with compensation of $125,000–$175,000 per year. SemiGen provides high-reliability products and advanced surface-mount technology (SMT) and radio-frequency microwave assembly services supporting war fighters. This leader directs manufacturing operations, including production, manufacturing engineering, materials management, and equipment and facilities maintenance. The role coordinates production schedules and drives quality, cost, delivery, and continuous improvement goals.

What you'll do

• Direct production operations, manufacturing engineering, materials management, and equipment and facilities maintenance
• coordinate production schedules with organizational leaders
• establish and monitor performance targets, budgets, and KPIs
• improve manufacturing yields, productivity, and costs
• develop capacity plans and capital expenditure requirements
• ensure quality and regulatory compliance
• manage supplier relationships
• resource, coach, and develop the team
• maintain customer and external stakeholder relationships.
