What you'll do

• Help provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment
• support lead teachers with daily activities and classroom supervision
• assist with curriculum and structured and free play
• promote positive behavior and classroom routines
• attend to meals, rest, and outdoor play
• participate in staff meetings, training, and family engagement events.

Why this role

Requires age 18 or older, high school diploma or equivalent, completion of DCF MODS introductory child care training Parts 1 and 2, and one or more years of experience working with children in a developmental setting. CDA credential or equivalent preferred; Level 2 background check and 10-panel drug screen required.
