System Integration and Test Engineer

Job overview

The System Integration and Test Engineer role is onsite in Foster City, CA; pay is $81–$91 per hour. The six-month position supports a vehicle systems integration and test team focused on motion, body, and electrical/electronic architecture domains and robotaxi service operations. The engineer tests vehicle systems at hardware-in-the-loop benches and vehicle level, analyzes data, and drives resolution of integration issues. This work helps identify risks and improve system reliability under normal and off-nominal conditions.

What you'll do

• Conduct integration testing at HIL test benches and vehicle level
• characterize system performance under nominal and off-nominal conditions
• analyze data to identify integration risks and coordinate mitigation
• identify potential improvements in system behavior, controls, and diagnostic monitors
• document progress in JIRA and Confluence
• resolve complex integration issues found during vehicle testing and fleet service operations.

Why this role
