It maintains vendor and invoice records, coordinates approvals and payments, and helps improve accounts payable workflows and automation.

What you'll do

• Organize invoices and vendor statements
• reconcile statements and research discrepancies
• verify invoices against purchase orders and receiving documents
• coordinate coding and approvals
• review pending invoices and accruals and reconcile AP subledger reports to the general ledger
• prepare weekly payment runs
• monitor Positive Pay exceptions and ACH activity
• process employee expenses and corporate card activity
• support year-end and audit requests
• maintain vendor master data
• train managers on AP automation software
• assist with workflow improvements.
