What you'll do

• Lead store operations and execute operating plans for regular and peak periods
• manage promotions, events, book signings, merchandise displays, and advertising copy
• lead course-material activities with course-materials leadership
• review store financials and manage shrink budget
• approve markups, markdowns, and write-offs within guidelines
• protect company assets and safety
• coordinate campus outreach and events
• recruit, train, coach, and develop team members
• maintain customer relationships and handle escalated complaints
• keep the store neat and orderly.
