Dermatology Medical Assistant and Front Desk

What you'll do

• Assist with cosmetic and non-cosmetic procedures and surgeries
• interview patients and document medical histories
• schedule appointments and prepare chart notes, including scribing
• assist with skin surgeries, biopsies, examinations, and cosmetic procedures
• process specimens
• prepare and clean exam rooms and instruments
• support phlebotomy and medication administration as directed
• greet and check in patients
• answer calls, verify insurance, collect copays, manage patient flow, and maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
