What you'll do

• Review provider data and KPIs
• create personalized development plans
• coach providers across clinic locations
• design and coordinate scalable education and training
• build provider forums for sharing best practices
• maintain an injecting practice 1–2 days per week
• develop new-provider ramping
• partner with Talent Acquisition on recruiting and candidate evaluations
• travel to clinics roughly 50% of the time.
