What you'll do

• Create and modify flavors for beverage and sweet goods applications
• manage complex development projects and research
• coordinate timelines and communicate project issues
• document formulas and manufacturing instructions
• ensure labeling and regulatory status
• retain and evaluate samples
• provide technical and customer support
• maintain the flavor laboratory
• transfer technology and processing instructions
• manage Flavorists and Technicians when required.
