What you'll do

• Repair and improve resort buildings, outdoor structures, walkways, patios, fences, signs, railings, decks, and steps
• complete basic carpentry and assist with small exterior construction
• identify and report damaged or unsafe areas
• perform minor concrete, masonry, and mortar repairs
• prepare surfaces and paint, stain, seal, or weatherproof exterior features
• support seasonal property preparation, snow and ice removal as needed, and event or operations setup
• safely operate and care for tools and equipment
• follow safety procedures and communicate with guests, employees, contractors, and resort leadership.
