What you'll do

• Answer internal and external customer questions about maritime licensing
• process domestic and international applications
• gather information from customers and clients
• communicate application status weekly
• act as filing agent for the USCG and other flag states
• maintain worksheets and reports
• provide supporting documentation to invoicing
• travel locally as needed to pick up documents, expedite processing, or deliver licenses.
