What you'll do

• Provide body and facial waxing services according to brand protocols and licensing requirements
• greet guests professionally
• educate guests on post-wax care and service frequency
• build guest relationships
• recommend skincare products and service packages
• work toward rebooking, product sales, and Wax Pass goals
• maintain a clean, sterile, organized wax suite
• follow sanitation standards, state licensing laws, and brand standards
• participate in training, skill development, and center meetings
• support fellow team members.
