Primary Care Physician | Outpatient Senior Care

The Primary Care Physician role is an onsite, full-time outpatient position in Park, MO. Base salary is $270,000–$315,000 per year, with a bonus opportunity of up to 20% of base salary. Heartline Staffing is recruiting for a senior-focused, value-based care practice with dedicated care-team support. The physician provides ongoing primary care to older adults, many of whom have multiple complex chronic conditions. The role supports continuity of care and long-term patient outcomes through a smaller patient panel, coordinated clinical support, and attention to patient satisfaction and health measures.

What you'll do

• Provide outpatient primary care to senior patients
• assess and manage chronic conditions
• work with a dedicated medical assistant, scheduler, and referral specialist
• support continuity of care and long-term outcomes
• perform office procedures including suturing, joint injections, skin biopsies, and basic wound care
• participate in the provider call schedule based on market staffing.
