What you'll do

• Clean common areas including lobbies, hallways, clubhouses, fitness centers, restrooms, laundry rooms, and leasing offices
• maintain grounds, parking lots, sidewalks, and landscaping
• perform light maintenance and report issues
• support maintenance work orders and emergency needs
• set up and clean up resident events
• prepare vacant units and complete make-ready checklists
• remove trash and debris
• perform light carpentry, drywall repairs, painting, and touch-ups
• replace or repair fixtures and appliances
• monitor and restock supplies.
