Construction Services Intern — Field and Laboratory Technician, Summer 2027

The Construction Services Intern role is onsite at the company’s office in White River Junction, VT, during summer 2027. Pay is $20 per hour. The role contributes testing and observations to construction projects and may provide opportunities to work with the Geotechnical Engineering team on subsurface investigations.

What you'll do

• Perform field and laboratory testing of soil, concrete, grout, masonry, asphalt, aggregate, and other construction materials
• learn to read and interpret construction specifications and plans
• record observations and data
• transport samples and equipment
• may work with geotechnical engineering and exploration drilling crews on subsurface investigations.
