What you'll do

• Prepare vegetables, poultry, and fish
• remove food from returned plates
• pre-rinse and load dishes, glasses, and tableware
• unload and store clean items
• sweep and mop floors as needed
• monitor and restock detergent and cleaning supplies
• follow health and safety guidelines
• attend team meetings
• perform other cleaning duties assigned by the head chef or manager.
