Field-Based Construction Project Manager

What you'll do

• Lead field phases of residential builds from groundbreaking to final inspection
• direct structural shell construction
• coordinate, schedule, and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
• maintain project documentation, schedules, and budgets
• enforce building codes, safety regulations, and design specifications
• liaise with homeowners, architects, engineers, and municipal consultants
• maintain jobsite cleanliness and organization.
