What you'll do

• Respond safely and promptly to dispatched calls
• provide roadside assistance, damage-free towing, minor roadside repairs away from highways, heavy-duty vehicle towing, accident towing, and scene cleanup
• communicate status and estimated arrival times to dispatch
• inspect trucks, tools, and equipment before shifts
• report damaged or missing equipment
• maintain truck cleanliness, fuel, and fluid levels
• keep the storage yard orderly and secure.
