Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

Perform respiratory therapy modalities as ordered, developing a plan of care based on assessment. Set up, maintain, and monitor mechanical ventilation, administer medications, and assemble/clean equipment. Perform tracheal, endotracheal, and nasopharyngeal suctioning. Interpret blood gas results and report critical values.
