What you'll do

• Manage sexual abuse and survivor litigation caseloads
• lead litigation strategy from intake through resolution or trial
• supervise and mentor attorneys, paralegals, and support staff
• conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and settlement negotiations
• draft and review pleadings, motions, and discovery
• maintain client relationships
• collaborate with firm leadership on case strategy and operational growth.
