What you'll do

• Support unit targets
• investigate and reconcile inventory
• identify and document equipment performance issues
• participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions
• perform autonomous maintenance
• record performance data
• support quality and food safety practices
• maintain clean work areas and conduct sanitation audits
• rotate between bulk and dock teams
• move trailers for loading and unloading
• train and coach employees.
