What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
• support repositioning, mobility, and skin integrity
• provide light housekeeping
• offer respite support to caregivers and families
• observe and report changes in condition to the RN or case manager
• assist with vital signs and basic care tasks as directed
• honor patient preferences, routines, and cultural needs
• document care accurately and timely
• communicate with patients, families, and team members
• maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.
