What you'll do

• Provide direct nursing care and supervise nursing assistant activities
• support and implement unit plans
• ensure nursing procedures and protocols are followed
• assist with written plans of care and participate in care-plan conferences
• make rounds with residents and nursing personnel
• document care, assessments, admissions, discharges, and transfers
• administer medications and treatments as ordered when appropriate
• communicate changes in condition to physicians and families
• coordinate diagnostic and therapeutic services
• report concerns and incidents.
