What you'll do

• Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate the Nursing Services Department
• oversee daily operations, staff performance, and compliance
• participate in admissions, management meetings, QAPI, and committees
• manage nursing schedules and coverage
• recruit, train, evaluate, and develop staff
• collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, physicians, consultants, and families
• lead infection control, safety, and quality improvement
• support surveys and corrective plans
• serve as Administrator designee when needed
• and provide direct nursing care as necessary.
