What you'll do

• Maintain state-by-state regulatory and medical-documentation requirements
• track children’s health records and employee compliance

• develop reminders and follow-up processes
• coordinate with Registration, Operations, HR, and other teams
• conduct audits
• report compliance metrics and significant issues
• monitor regulatory changes
• and identify process-improvement and automation opportunities.
