Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor role is onsite in East Alton, IL, on a rotating 12-hour schedule: 6 a.m.–6 p.m. or 6 p.m.–6 a.m., rotating every two weeks. Base salary is $88,000–$98,000 per year; a variable compensation bonus may be available based on company performance. The supervisor leads maintenance work on complex metal manufacturing equipment and supports Wieland’s plant operations. The role directs and coaches hourly maintenance employees, coordinates maintenance plans, and helps resolve equipment issues to sustain productivity and product quality. It also advances safety, maintenance excellence, and continuous improvement across the team.

What you'll do

• Implement and direct maintenance work activities, plans, and schedules

• assist with troubleshooting to resolve issues and minimize equipment downtime.
