What you'll do

• Wash and clean dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment
• maintain the dish machine and monitor wash conditions
• keep work areas, floors, and food preparation areas clean
• handle waste and recycling
• prepare equipment for functions
• report shortages or equipment problems
• follow safe chemical use and safety procedures.
