Construction Project Manager

What you'll do

• Guide customers through the construction process and resolve warranty claims
• convert leads into projects through estimates and scoping
• secure deposits and signed contracts
• document scopes of work
• prepare estimates, supplements, and change orders
• obtain permits and comply with local codes
• manage schedules and budgets
• vet and negotiate with subcontractors
• coordinate superintendents and on-site walkthroughs
• ensure work meets project requirements
• and meet personal and team KPIs.
