What you'll do

• Assist with personal hygiene, ambulation and transfers, dressing, meal and snack preparation, errands or medical appointments, and light housekeeping.
• Provide patient-specific support such as hospice supportive care, medication reminders, prescribed range-of-motion exercises, care for bed-bound patients, incontinence care, and use of gait belts or Hoyer lifts as applicable.
