Partner Onboarding Specialist

What you'll do

• Work with Sales to improve discovery before implementation
• document customer processes, technical landscape, requirements, and KPIs
• review sales and discovery calls to validate implementation details and assumptions before quotes
• align customers with suitable implementation partners
• validate partner Statements of Work against discovery findings
• improve quote accuracy
• address gaps early
• guide partner selection based on compatibility.
