What you'll do

• Prepare and cut meat for display
• smoke meats for sale
• monitor expiration dates and rotate products
• remove damaged or unsaleable items
• count and record merchandise
• update shelf tags and price markers
• answer customer questions
• weigh, wrap, and price customer selections
• unload and stock shipments
• maintain a clean and safe department
• operate and clean equipment safely
• follow health, sanitation, and safety procedures.
