The role also supports quality assurance, staff development, case conferencing, and coordination with parole and community partners as the program establishes its operations.

What you'll do

• Manage casework functions and supervise staff serving adults on parole
• monitor treatment methodologies and evidence-based practices
• develop and monitor documentation and case-management procedures
• ensure Case Management Plan processes are followed
• participate in case conferences and participant reviews
• supervise screening, assessment, referral, and follow-up
• train and coach staff
• review case documentation for quality and compliance
• coordinate quality assurance and corrective actions
• collaborate with CDCR, parole agents, and community partners.
