What you'll do

• Prepare and present menu items
• assist kitchen stations and lines as needed
• keep supplies stocked and equipment in working condition
• handle and store leftover food properly
• close down workstations
• communicate with front-of-house staff
• follow company recipes and maintain consistent presentation and food quality. The role requires current Serve-Safe food safety certification and the ability to prepare a range of meats and seafood.
