What you'll do

• Lead a team of 10+ Admissions Coordinators handling inbound and outbound calls
• hire, train, and review team members
• coordinate schedules and workload
• maintain contact center service levels and call quality
• ensure timely communication with prospective clients, families, and referral sources
• resolve concerns about the program
• coordinate with internal teams on admission and satisfaction KPIs
• improve admissions and discharge practices
• report team performance to executive leadership.
