The Associate Director, Collaborative Operations for Health Engagement, Representation, and Enrollment (COHERE), supports the development and operationalization of BeOne Medicines' patient access strategy. This is a fully remote position for candidates located on the West Coast, working full-time. This role exists to advance patient access to clinical research by translating strategic priorities into actionable approaches across the clinical trial lifecycle. By leveraging data, patient journey insights, and external partnerships, the associate director helps embed patient access considerations into study planning and execution.

What you'll do

• Support the development and evolution of the COHERE strategy.
• Integrate patient access considerations into study planning.
• Leverage real-world data and patient insights to identify barriers.
• Develop tools and metrics for enrollment planning.
• Partner cross-functionally to advance COHERE priorities.
• Build relationships with research sites and community organizations.
