Home Care Float Aide

The Home Care Float Aide role is onsite across client homes, with Bridgeton, MO as the listed location; pay is $18–$21 per hour. The aide provides personal and household assistance to clients and helps with administrative tasks when not providing care. The role supports clients’ daily needs through personal care, meal preparation, household tasks, shopping, and specified advanced personal-care assistance, while also helping the office with calls, filing, and data entry.

What you'll do

• Prepare and clean up meals
• assist with bathing, grooming, oral care, mobility, and ordinarily self-administered medications
• perform household cleaning and laundry
• shop for essential items
• provide listed advanced personal-care assistance
• travel to client homes
• assist with filing, phone calls, email, and data entry when not caring for clients.
