What you'll do

• Coordinate sales strategies with outside sales
• respond to phone, email, and web inquiries about technical data, pricing, delivery, and applications
• evaluate customer applications and recommend equipment with team support
• prepare quotations
• investigate customer complaints
• participate in LiveChat and customer support
• support myVEGA setup
• back up inside sales
• provide product training when needed
• attend trade shows and customer events
• issue material return authorizations
• coordinate customer support with application engineering and sales.

Why this role
